Friends I Can't Wait To Meet!

This year has been such a great experience for me getting to hang out with friends and finally have college fun. I can not believe it is already the middle of the semester it felt like time flew by like crazy. I have met many people throughout my college life but very few I call my friends and they are the ones who truly get to know me. I have been struggling a bit lately as my two closest friends are going to be moving on with their lives after this year, one is graduating and the other is possibly getting married. I am truly very happy for them and hope they have the best times as they begin their new chapters of life but I catch myself feeling sad that I do not get to share even more memories and fun times as I have one more year of college. I thought that forming excitement for my future may help and imagining all the good things to come would be beneficial in my situation. So for my blog, I want to write about my friends whom I can't wait to meet in the future describing what I think they will be like and who I hope they will be.

I believe I am really loyal to my friends and have in the past stuck to only a couple and devoted my energy to being the best friend I can be. I hope to continue being able to really focus on a couple friendships and not gain more than I can handle. I hope my future friend will share the same passions and interests as me. I have grown up in a Christian household and went to a Christian school my entire life so I wish they will share the same love for God and the Bible as me. I hope to find someone who will want to hike or go on runs with me enjoying the outdoors as much as we can. My career will be circled around animals so I hope they will be a pet lover so we can walk our dogs together or just be able to relate in this way. I have always had more extroverted friends who will be willing to take me out of my comfort zone and I really enjoy this and hope that my future friend will be this person for me.

To my friends I can't wait to meet, I hope that I can be the best friend for you and give you the time so I can know you best. I hope I will be able to show you how much I care for you as a friend and how appreciative of you that you are mine. I believe you are going to be an amazing kind person who will be able to match my energy and humor. I cannot wait to cross paths in life and meet someone who could possibly be one of my lifelong friends that I can count on in any situation. I know for myself that I am very slow to make friends so be patient after a while, I hope you can see the person I truly am. Friends are the best thing that you can have in life and I just can not wait to see who will be my friends in the long run.
